DataPilot
From your first URL to your first draft.
Product sources
The goal is configurable supplier and competitor sources. The current prototype reads supported public pages and retains their provenance; private connectors are still in development.
02Data extraction
Identify names, SKUs, MPNs, brands and prices when pages declare them in structured data. Missing fields remain empty.
03Catalog review
Check each product, identifier and currency. Mark reviewed products individually before preparing an export.
04Pricing rules
Try a markup on the reference price or a margin on the sale price. Calculations do not replace confirmed costs, taxes, shipping or fees.
05WooCommerce export
Prepare a CSV of reviewed products with valid prices for manual draft import. The prototype does not publish or change your store.
06Activity and provenance
Track crawl progress and events. Missing data and blocked pages remain visible for review.
07Supplier accounts
In development: configure authorized CT, Syscom and other supplier accounts, with browser sessions separated per customer to query their trade terms. The prototype does not accept supplier passwords yet.
08Excel and CSV catalogs
In development: upload a catalog or download a supplier-provided file, map columns and review identity, cost, currency and availability before importing.
09Competitor pricing
In development: configure competitors, compare equivalent models and propose prices with minimum-margin, tax and expense rules. The current version only simulates markup or margin on a reference.
010Quotes and import
In development: prepare quotes and create or update original WooCommerce products after review and confirmation. Currently only draft CSV export is available, with no direct store writes.
Your questions answered
Clear from the start.
Does it already connect to my store?
It currently exports CSV for manual WooCommerce import. Write connections and automatic synchronization are not implemented.
Does it extract the entire site?
No. The prototype performs bounded crawls on supported sources. HTML, available data and site restrictions determine results.
Does it use artificial intelligence?
This version uses deterministic structured-data extraction; it does not consume AI credits.
Is the proposed price my profit?
No. It is a markup or margin simulation. Verify costs, taxes, shipping and fees.
